Our Process

Are you interested in our Managed IT Services and technology solutions, but would like learn more about how it works? Let us explain to you our process of enrolling a new client.

The entire process is simple:

1. Contact us
Interested business owners should contact our office to set up a short 5-10 minute call. We will gather the necessary information we need in order to provide you a value-filled solution.

2. Schedule a meeting
Unity Networking will come to your location for a short 20-30 minute sit down. During this meeting we will go over the solutions we think will best fit your business and listen to what you would like your IT provider to look like. We would also like to show you how our Client Portal and Help Desk work. We will provide the proposal for our services for you to review and sign.

3. Develop a technology roadmap
The onboarding timeline ranges from a few days to a few weeks depending on the size and complexity of your network. Our team of certified technicians will spend time mapping out the network, taking notes and getting to know the staff.

4. Finalize an IT strategy
When onboarding is complete, you will have a full time IT department at your disposal!
